Resin Injection Water Stop Works

Resin injection project recently completed in Gatwick on the behalf of a national facilities management company.

Our client contacted us with regards to a ground water leak which had occurred in their underground concrete plant room.

Despite many in house attempts to stop the leak, the basement water leak persisted.

Our trenchless solution involved our operatives utilising a crack injection method to repair and stop the leak.

This solution required the failed repair attempts to be completely removed and the concrete to be extensively prepared.

The next step involved a number of holes to be drilled around the exposed crack formed in the concrete wall where the leak was occurring.

Stainless steel packers were then inserted in all holes prior to injecting the packers with an epoxy resin.

The epoxy resin permeated through the concrete and filled any voids behind the crack resulting in the leak being completely stopped.

Our client was then able to refit all electrical units, confident in knowing that the leak had been completed sealed.

Our resin injection service is the ideal sustainable solution for repairing all type of leaks in concrete tanks, basements, and bunds.

When access is limited and disturbance must be kept to an absolute minimum, our crack injection system is the perfect cost-effective solution for completely stopping water leaks.

If you have a crack injection project you require help with, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team.
