Our Process
Assessment
We will carry out an initial assessment to determine it’s integrity. Sturctural repairs may be required, however we will advise you on the next steps.
Repairs
If repairs are required, we will advise you on the next steps, and if agreed, will make the repairs for you.
Application
Echo Square then applies the Chemical Resistant Lining Solutions to all surfaces, where required.
Curing Time
For a very short time, we leave the surfaces applied to cure. Once this is complete we will put the system back into operation.

Echo Square’s Chemical Resistant Lining Solution
Depending on the material specification, and the size of the bunds, application may vary.
For example, polyurethane materials have to be spray applied using specialist plural spray equipment, whereas Fibreglass is applied using a paddle roller.
Following the application, we allow the lining solution to cure for a very short time. During the curing period, it is observed at specified temperatures before the lining is exposed to chemicals. Once the curing process is complete, we can promptly put the system back into operation.
Additionally, this rapid curing time minimizes any downtime, ensuring efficient resumption of operations.
