Process vessel tank reline recently completed on the behalf of a market leading pharmaceutical company.
This process vessel had an existing rubber liner which had failed and required removal followed by the extensive preparation of the vessels mild steel substrate utilising mechanical hand tools.
Additional mild steel injection nozzles were then welded into place on top of the tank, prior to our operatives relining all internal surfaces of the structure by manually applying two coats of WRAS approved ES DWPU 988 polyurethane coating to all internal surfaces of the structure.
The project was then complete, ready for on site operatives to refill the structure and place the newly relined process tank back into service.
