It’s a common misconception that all corroded cold water storage tanks should always be replaced.
We recently internally prepared and relined this flat galvanised steel cold water storage tank in Cumbria following extensive preparation prior to applying our WRAS approved ES988 DWPU polyurethane coating.
We also disinfected the cold water storage tank as required by ACoP L8 prior to refilling and placing the water tank back online following the completion of our relining works.
